AIRE Internship
The AIRE Student Internship is a two month long program that engages students in environmental justice while gaining a deeper appreciation for our planet.
La pasantía estudiantil AIRE es un programa de dos meses de duración que involucra a los estudiantes en la justicia ambiental mientras obtienen una apreciación más profunda de nuestro planeta.
During the summer, over 20 high school students participated in a two month long program. During their internship, students learned about environmental justice, soil, water, air and the importance of having a closer connection to our lands. To further enhance their learning, they took several field trips that gave them hands on learning.
Durante el verano, más de 20 estudiantes de secundaria participaron en un programa de dos meses de duración. Durante su pasantía, los estudiantes aprendieron sobre justicia ambiental, suelo, agua, aire y la importancia de tener una conexión más cercana con nuestras tierras. Para mejorar aún más su aprendizaje, realizaron varias excursiones que les permitieron aprender de forma práctica.
