Cultivando's Pillars

Cultivando's mission is to improve the world through education, health, and economic growth. We believe these three pillars are essential ingredients for sustainable development. At Cultivando, we strive to create meaningful and lasting impact in the communities we work with.

Leadership

Through our culturally relevant training, we nurture equity, inclusion, and healing. Our leadership programs build capacity and support community leaders to drive sustainable transformation.

Collaboration

Collaborating with partners, we amplify access to resources and information. Our collaborations are more than partnerships; they're trust-based relationships that advance health equity.

Advocacy

Empowering individuals to have a voice where decisions are made. We open doors for community members to participate in policy development and civic engagement, driving collective power and positive change.

Cultivando is always on the search for a kind and collaborative board member, ideally from within the local Latinx community and/or supportive partners with financial, legal, real estate, fundraising, or nonprofit experience. We are proud to be a majority Latinx board and organization. Our board is a fun and engaging group of do-gooders and meets once per month.
