Technical Assistance for Partners

Cultivando works with local nonprofits and government to increase their capacity around equity, language access, mitigating barriers to services, and authentic community engagement. A few of the organizations that we have worked in partnership with and found great success:

The City of Commerce City: Cultivando facilitates the Latino Engagement Taskforce with the City of Commerce City,w which has resulted in policy and program changes that increase inclusivity, communication, public safety, and civic engagement of the Latino community.

The City of Thornton: Cultivando was hired by the City of Thornton in 2017 to conduct communty surveying and focus groups with the Latino community to identify challenges and opportunities around increasing access to recreational opportunities and improving relationships and access to needed services.

Garfield County: Cultivando has been working with Garfield County Public Health to train and support both staff and community members in our Cultivando Mi Voz leadership/Promotora curriculum.

Please email erin@cultivando.org to discuss technical assistance, training, or public speaking needs or opportunities. We love to support partner organizations to understand the power and efficacy of deepening organizational equity and inclusion practices and authentic community engagement!
