Professional Experience: I am currently a Promotora in the AIRE project at Cultivando. I have been volunteering for 16 years at two schools in Denver. I like to help where possible and help the community build good leadership.

Why did I choose to work at Cultivando: I decided to work at Cultivando because it is an organization that focuses on the needs of the community and it is what I like to do, help and advocate for environmental justice.


Hidden Talent: One of my talents that I have is making crafts. Back in my home country of Mexico, I taught art classes.

What I like to do when I am not working: In my spare time, I like to listen to all kinds of music. One way to take care of my health is to sleep, even if I don't feel tired.
